Recently we have been given some time lines for customer service complaints by the major fulfillment houses.
Please note this for future reference in customer service problems:
1) For no-service complaints, the complaints need to be addressed within ninety (90) days of processing the order
2) For missing issue complaints, the complaints need to be addressed within sixty (60) days from the missed issue
These timelines are typical of all major fulfillment houses and will need to be followed. Unfortunately,
the publisher(s) will not be able to extend or fulfill any orders after this timeline.
